We recommend using a damp cloth to gently clean your handbag. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking the bag in water. For leather bags, we also recommend using a leather conditioner to keep the material soft and supple.

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our shipping policy for more details.

 Due to the high volume of orders and limited quantities available, we are unable to make changes to any orders once the order is placed. In this case, please reach out to our Customer Service team for further instructions.

 Once the order is placed, you can no longer change the shipping address. Please reach out to our Customer Service team so we can provide you with better options as soon as possible. 

 All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days once processed). Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can track your order to its final destination.

International orders are sent using DHL or UPS International Mail and this will be shown on your order shipping confirmation with how to track your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation including your tracking number and a link where you can track your order.
